"In my late 50s, have had a couple of periods previously where maintaining was a struggle - the best therapy (in my experience) is to get yourself in front of a tidy lass that you actually like & fancy (or in prossie terms, who has a good attitude and is FAF). In these circumstances I have never failed to get it up and almost never struggled to keep it up !

There is of course a physical basis for ED, but having your head in the right place helps enormously."
