Can you restore a service provider's profile if it's gone down?

One of the SPs I was in contact with suddenly had their profile become unavailable. They're still registered on the site but their profile isn't showing. Is it possible to restore it?

Perhaps the lady concerned has decided to Hide her advert ?
There’s the facility to either Hide or Show..
I hide mine when I’m off..
