Clients unable to leave feedback/ feedback not coming through

So I have 2 lovely clients that both want to leave me a review. When they have tried though nothing has happened. They definitely aren't coming through into "My Feedback" to accept.
I've contacted AS to see if they can help, but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone else had a similar issue or know of a fix?
