seeking advice - 2 How to keep my vagina tight ?

I have noticed that even over the short time that I have escorting my vagina is not as tight as it was before escorting and some clients have mentioned its looser now. So I was wondering how you girls especially those with years at this keep it tight.

Any tips and advice welcome.

kegal exercises will help but while you fuck daily you will never be civvie tight.

Having more or less sex has nothing to do with the elasticity of your vagina.

Kegel exercise,Yoga and pilates plus toning devices are key .

These are the most natural ways to make sure that your vagina stays as fresh and young for a long time.

Thre are surgical procedures vaginalplasty, labiaplasty, not certain how well they work and of course you need to pay for them.

If you are usuing your vagina muscles more then you should get tighter not looser. Use your muscles ... I use mine in work all the time as it gets the blokes off quicker ... I bought the smallest weighted love eggs to train mine with and I actually forgot I had them in as I didn’t need to hold them in place. Also if you walk properly with good posture your core muscles should be pulled inwards and upwards this is equivalent to kegal exercises. Get yourself a yoni egg too (eBay make sure you get one with a string on it) ... you have to engage your vaginal muscles to hold it in place. You can fashion weights to hang off it too. There’s a lady on YouTube who can lift a surfboard using here yoni egg and vaginal muscles. Basically your vagina is full of circular muscles which just like all other muscles need training to stay good. Get in the habit of using good posture, in gagging your core muscles at all times if your a gym goer, do exercises then you should be doing this naturally (any PT, yoga instructor etc, that is worth anything should be including this in your routines) actually we all should be doing this naturally all the time both men and women ... modern life doesn’t teach good posture

Kegelbell was the first externally weighted way for women to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and decrease laxity/looseness. I use it 3 times a week and works well.

I'm naturally tight 2 kids and reg fwb and clients as very very high sex drive and I've still stayed 2 fingers tight all way along... think it's more generic make up and muscle rather than what u do exercise wise as sex is an exercise for it x
