Has anyone rented a room to escort

Hi everyone, just wondering if you have not been able to offer incalls have you been able to rent a room to work from? Is this a thing? Or just stick to hotels? No, nothing so just sticking to outcalls at the moment and occasionally rent an apartment from booking.com with self check in
