Plenty of girls here ask for deposits and are real. I require a deposit for outcalls and pretty sure I'm real lol It's a case of do your research. Some people won't pay a deposit and that's their choice. Some people won't meet without one and that's their choice. You have to do what works for you.

You asked a question and I tried to help by saying some do and some don't. No right or wrong way to do it, just what suits each person. Some real people ask for deposits, some real people don't. Some scammers do and some don't.

As a punter, I will no longer pay a deposit.
I've been scammed twice now, so if a lady asked me to pay a deposit, then I politely decline and explain why.
I feel sorry for the ladies who have been messed around, no shows etc etc.
If you no longer want to meet said lady, be polite and cancel the booking.
If you're running late, eg traffic, keep her updated and give an estimate time of arrival. At least she will know that you're running late and not a no show.
I appreciate things happen beyond your control...

My suggestion is:-
If a valid reason for no show is given before the appointed time, accept and rebook.
If a no show without reason, give a second chance, after this then ignore said client.

On the other hand, I tried to book a lady recently.
I eventually got a reply saying that the time and date were fine and booking was accepted. So I asked for a postcode, so I know where to head to.
Again, I finally got a text saying that I replied to the wrong person.
After numerous requests for a postcode, I finally got a text saying that I thought that you had it already... finally got a postcode.
Kept said lady updated with an ETA, 10 minutes before scheduled start time.
A 50 miles drive away and one hours driving. So 100 miles round trip and two hours drive in total, to be ghosted when I sent a text saying parked up...
So, unfortunately it works both ways.
Said lady is now on my ignore list...
