Which do you find to be more common? Also, what defines "done right" for you? Do you find the majority of guys to be pretty bad at it?

Some WG have actually started charging for this now... I messaged a few recently around £140 pH to be sent a list of 6 or 7 extras... I expect OWO and sometimes even DFK but RO to be charged £20/30...
