Sorry. Keen to pick the brains from the knowledge pool that is the AS.
At what point would one consider they’ve become a regular customer to an SP?
Three visits? Four…five…Or when they remember you (could be second visit) ? Or when you buy their T-shirt?
Or maybe not by the number of visits maybe by the questions like “how’s your mother?” Etc?

I remember all my clients because my brain has excellent facial recognition lol Might have seen you once 5 years ago, still know who you are when we meet. I suppose I'm in a quieter area though so that makes it easier.

Mostly but does depend on how frequently they've seen me or whether they have a particular kink. If I saw you once 5 years ago I might remember if you liked cbt but not whether you preferred dfk.

I have one I see monthly, another maybe 5 times a year, count them both as regulars.
