I know phone is best to contact a WG for a booking, but 8ts so convenient to send a message on here which I have done maybe 20-25 times, and only ever had 3 replies.

So many have the wrong numbers or old numbers in their proflle too, which then makes me use AW to actually make a booking..

Is it just something that's overlooked or do the ladies simply not like to use the chat service?

Tbh the majority of people who message me via chat instead of texting or phoning are timewasters. I can't be the only escort that finds that, which probably explains why some just don't bother with chat.

Look at the ad every so often and see if the provider is logging on somewhat frequently. Quite a few ads are posted (with a phone number) and they don't log in that often. If their phone wasn't ringing, they might check messages more often but they rarely have to.
