my experience- very rarely if ever will SP's reply to emails or PM's.

It was my understanding that just being brief, direct but thorough was best. These people are running a business; it's good to just ask what needs to be asked so their time isn't wasted too much.

And yes, a majority of the times I have texted I have never heard back. Do not be discouraged.
