Regulars, Newbies To You, Or Both?

First thread on AS from me. To WGs and punters do you prefer punting with regulars, newbies to you or both, and why?

I like punting with newbies to me and regulars, that's the ideal I have found that suits me best. Also a reg can make a great plan B option and so its clear I don't mean I double book, but I do ring a reg if my plan A punt goes tits up. Also there are times when I have stuck just to regulars for a time, other times when regs have gone so newbies to me were the punting 121 option searching for another gem. And that's the heart of it for me, looking for the next gem who could become a reg.could become a reg.

Nowadays finding a good reg isn't easy I have found so sticking with the ones I have had is more likely than it has ever been. I can get bored of a reg then give her a miss for sometime but then book her again if she is still about. And many as is natural to me come and go.

A healthy mix of both. Regulars to guarantee a good time, and newbies to spice things up a bit.

The major fault with Regulars, imo, is that they keep retiring!!? And then you've got to find a new one.

With Regulars you can be much more relaxed which does help the session go smoothly. New clients can, initially be quite demanding as it takes a few sessions for them to fully relax with you. With Regulars, if not seen for awhile, then ‘Absence can definitely ‘make the heart grow fonder ‘..

Even the most regular of regulars was a newbie once :D, but for me anyway with maybe one exception I’ve enjoyed the second or subsequent meets more than the first. When I was punting most often it was always with regulars, while I enjoy the buzz of a good first meet I’ve always got the same buzz knowing I’m going to see someone I already know I’m going to have a good time with and less likely to be messed around. Not in every case of course but that’s my experience.

Since the regs all moved on and my priorities have changed I’ve not punted anywhere near as often and wouldn’t class anyone I’ve seen since as a regular.

I tend to stick with regular SPs once I have found them as guaranteed a good time and only try newbies when regulars move on.

I like both the comfort of seeing someone who's become - like - a friend; and the excitement of meeting someone new, and wondering how she'll match the girls whom I've got used to seeing. And who, of course have got used to me!

Yes, speedoguy good point about enjoying subsequent punts more than the first, this is a big sign of a good regular for me. She makes the effort to get to know I like and how I like it which can enhance my punts with her. Being reliable with good comms you can rely on is also a great thing with a reg.

Nowadays I usually know a WG I meet for the first time is going to become a good reg within a short time of meeting them, its not full proof though but applies a lot more often than not. But I have on occasion had a reg offer me a bad service with a bad attitude that I had never had before off her, happened a while back in fact.

Generally prefer regulars who I have built up a rapport with over the years-but again you need to "speculate to accumulate" !!

Obviously when I started it was newbies all the way and after a few less than successful bookings I found myself returning to one or two that had given a good service. I now tend to stick with regs as you know what you're gonna get.

Another real bummer is newbies becoming popular. A couple I have booked when they were starting out have gone on to be the ones who often now are 'fully booked'.

Not a complaint, repeat NOT a complaint. I am delighted they have made a success. Just a fact of punting. But is deffo a reason its easier to seek out newbies especially when you are a same day punter like me.
