I think its pretty clear from what has been posted that real escorts dont ask for deposits, scammers will ask.

So guys think about it ... why would an established, reliable escort who hold discretion highly and has an excellent reputation risk loosing that reputation over a measly 50 quid deposit... that doesn’t make sense does it! I ask for deposits via the cash app .., no one has my details and I don’t have theirs. It’s fast reliable and discreet. I ask deposits from those who have messed me or my friends about. But to be honest since the lock down there are so many time wasting idiots about that I am asking all new clients for deposits ... I have a two hour round journey to my work apartment and if it’s a nuru booked in that’s an hours set up time & heating a room to 30 degrees ... if someone no shows that’s 3 hours out of my day plus I can’t book in other genuine clients. 2 hour Nuru, 2 hours travel, hour set up half hour clean up ... do the maths.
