If its an outcall that's when I expect her to turn up. I'd NEVER suggest "I'll come now" or suggest she arrives immediately. I wouldn't entertain the first girl mentioned by the OP. The other two sound ok. I sometimes go over time with a wg if we are having sex and go over the time. One lass I used to book a 3hr outcall to a hotel I stayed at and she'd often stay the night at no extra cost we weren't fucking like rabbits all night I did get an early morning fuck thrown in for free.
I don't expect freebies or favours nor do I treat them with anything other than courtesy so I guess it works both ways. If you have shared interests or you click I don't see anything wrong in having a chat or whatever."
